Break Away Card Printing
Break-away hanging plastic cards are used at point-of-sale to display gift cards, phone cards and other POS cards. The entire unit is made of plastic, and the hanger portion breaks-off a standard credit-card sized plastic card that can include a barcode or magnetic stripe to work with your POS system.
In addition to break-away hanging cards, we also offer non-break away hanging cards. Just as a stand-alone wallet card, the card portion of the hanger can include a barcode or magnetic stripe to work with your POS system.

Stock Options
Choose to have your card printed on white, clear, or frosted stock. These options help your card match or complement your brand and can make it unique. Clear plastic business cards are a popular option that allow special design features, including letting light shine through.

Card Finishes
Choose from gloss or matte lamination finishes. If you’d like to write on your card, choose matte lamination. Signature panels can also be added to credit card sized, CR80, cards if you’d like a signature option. Some people like their name to stand out and choose to add embossing for that purpose. You can personalize your card with more options than you ever thought possible!
The standard card thickness is 0.30 mil. We can fulfill special requests down to 0.24 mil.
